Passport and Visa
A passport is an official government document that is required to enter and exit most countries. It is used to confirm your identity and citizenship and includes your photo, name, birth date, gender and national identification number.
In November 2022, the Seychelles government introduced the Bio-Metric Passport. The new passport which aligns with global standards, has improved security features and a microchip within the page that includes your personal information. This system protects travelers against identity theft and allows for easier and faster immigration checks.
